I can't speak highly enough about Alexander, owner of Corals of Eden. I had the unfortunate circumstances of losing two shipments of corals due to UPS deliveries that they arbitrarily decided to delay which caused numerous Coral deaths. Both times when I reached out to Alexander he was understanding and considerate. The first delivery I expected replacement as anyone would, the second time UPS delayed the shipment he did not have to honor the coral replacements (in my opinion) but he did, and did so graciously. As a business owner myself, I recognize the struggles we encounter in our daily operations. It is refreshing to see another business owner look beyond the bottom line and recognize the customer as the priority. Job well done! I would like to say thank you and express my feelings of joy and amazement. I made a purchase from Alexander of Corals of Eden even though I had some reservations. I was a little concerned as I'm used to buying WYSIWYG listings and most of his say that you won't get the one in the picture but one like it.

So I thought I would give him a chance and wow, was overwhelmed with joy. The corals he sent me were excellent and so beautiful.
